Transfer Admission Requirements:

- Submission of detailed academic documents from the institution being transferred from, duly authenticated by the Ministry of Higher Education.
- The student must have passed all courses at the faculty they are transferring from.
- Academically dismissed students are not eligible for transfer.
- The student must meet the minimum entry requirements for the targeted faculty in the specific year they wish to transfer, fulfilling the minimum admission criteria.
- The committee reserves the right to impose any additional requirements necessary for the transfer process.
- Transfer procedures are approved by the administration.
- The university ID number is issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Required Documents:

- Secondary school certificate
- Authenticated original academic transcript from the university of origin (from the Ministry of Higher Education)
- Copy of passport and national ID
- Two passport-sized photographs
- Please attach the secondary school certificate and original university transcript in a single PDF file.
